How to check Primary Scool Rankings and reviews Scotland

Hi please can someone guide me on how to check Primary School Rankings and reviews in Scotland?

Try asking in the Scotsnet topic - but we don't having rankings in the same way as England.

AFAIK we don't rank schools in Scotland (and I'm a teacher). Most children go to their catchment school (where you are guaranteed a place) unless another one is handier. You can view Education Scotland reports on their website. I'll try to find a link.

Just to add to the comment about catchments: they're fixed, and not variable according to demand like in England, so when you rent/buy a house you know which primary school(s) you're in the catchment of (two because you will be in the catchment of a non-denominational school and a catholic school - although you may have to travel further for the RC school).

In most cases, the catchment also defines the secondary you would go to (although there are a few and reducing exceptions if you made a placing request for the primary).
