We have been doing exam papers, but which text book - maths in year 5 and 6/ tutoring would you recommend?

For what purpose? If it's 11+ I can't help, but lots here can. If it's to generally to support and improve the first question would be how do the school approach maths and do they use a scheme or text book. If they use mastery and don't already use it in the classroom Maths -No Problem! is good.

she is doing CGP 10-11+ book at home. I have heard of some sort of singapore maths, but when tried on amazon, the tutor said it was a different book. do you know of "singapore" maths books?

We use a Singapore maths book in my Year 6 class called ‘maths- no problem’

Don't limit yourselves to books. Plenty of SATS maths tutorials on you tube. Brilliant for getting another teacher to explain to your DC maths topic that need extra practice and consolidation. My DS loved these, a welcome break from looking at a page and some learners learn better listening and seeing the method worked out, rather than just reading
