KS2 SATS Estimation - would this be marked correct?

This is a question from a KS2 SATS practice paper. Would he get the mark? He's rounded 7.8 to 8 and rounded 38 to 40. It doesn't ask for any working to be shown, but is the answer he has given in the explanation box sufficient?

p.s. it's a 2 mark question - one mark for the first bit (320) and another for the second bit.
