She’s been upset on and off since starting she doesn’t like it, the girls falling out.
her confidence is being affected - the class teacher (not deliberately I’m sure) but seems to be overlooking dd for certicates, awards, treats she’s not had one since starting (obviously not mentioned this to teacher).
I’ve spoke to teacher a couple of times and she says there’s no problem as dd happy in class but I’m seeing how upset she is at home and how it’s affecting her personality.
Can I ask to talk to teacher again? I feel like a nuisance whenever I ask to speak to her and not asked in weeks to see if things would improve.

Would be better requesting a proper meeting instead of catching teacher on way into school?

Yes, set aside time when teacher is not distracted and without your child present.

My son gets overlooked as he's generally happy go lucky, pretty much does what he should and doesn't cause any issues. The children that appear to get the awards are those that need encouragement. They seem to be on the warning board one minute and getting an award the next. I guess im lucky my son doesn't have the challenges that they do...

That seems to be case here too Arnold rewarding kids when they put the effort in but necessarily achievements or consistent effort.
Think I’ll ask teacher for a meeting soon
