Worried about schools

Hi
I hope everyone had a good Christmas.

I'm really worried about sending my son to school this coming year. My son and I are living in temporary accomodation an hour away from our home town and are waiting to be moved, I have two weeks before the deadline that my schools need to be submitted and I don't have a clue where I'm sending him I'm trying to avoid having to take him out of schools when we move. Any ideas?

An hour is quite significant. Have you been told that the housing you'll be offered will definitely be in your home town or are you just hoping it will be?

Councils do tend to offer homes wherever they come up in the area....

Having moved my children twice, I can promise you that though it's not ideal, it's not terrible either...and certainly quite easy to cope with when children are in those first few years of primary.
