Y6 division word questions

Ds is confident dividing a 4 digit number by a 2 digit number but he seems to be struggling with the division word questions.

Do you have any examples I could go over with him at home for this age group?

Look at yr6 section. It's a paid site but you can try few(10?) question a day for free.

It’s run by woodlands junior school and is very well done in my opinion.
Also - and I’m not at all suggesting you show him these - but have a look on www.satstestsonline.co.uk/sto_past_papers.aspx for an idea of how questions are phrased at the end of the year - might be helpful for you?
