What comes after the Next200 HFWs?

So if my dd can read and write the Next 200 high frequency words, what do I move her onto next? What is the next step after them?

Background is we are playing significant catch-up, and working on catching her up to at least y4 level.

English National Curriculum. See page 39 onwards for spelling.
