Entrance exam for 7+ Eltham, Colfes, Dulwich etc

Hello, i am new to mumsnet and would like to get some guidance on the books required to prepare for 7+ eltham college, colfes, dulwich?.. any websites for test papers, type of questions etc.? also any good school recommendations in bromley and around apart from these 3?

You could look at Bickley Park in Bickley (boys prep to 13); Bishop Challoner in Shortlands (co-ed, all through); and St Christopher's The Hall, in Beckenham (co-ed, prep to 11). The school bus to Colfe's used to run from just by St George's Church in Bickley.
