End of term gifts for teaching staff??

Are you buying / making a gift for staff? If so, can I steal your ideas? What are you getting / creating? Also, do you buy for the TA's / support staff?

I'm a conformist - who has left it jolly late to sort...

I usually get the TA's something as my children often bond more with the TA's than the teachers.
