Does anyone know the procedures for a vote of no confidence in a PA?

I guess you would need an Extraordinary General Meeting and put it to the vote.

Who would have authority to call one I don't know, though the only reasonable circumstances I can think of would be some level of gross misconduct, in which case I would maybe expect the HT to be involved and the chair/committee to be told to resign.

When is the next AGM due?
