Best place to live in Belfast

Hello Everyone, Our family is moving to Belfast and I will like your advice on where to live. My main concern is that our preferred primary schools are in the Belmont (BT4) and Ards/Newtownards (BT23) area so I would like our home to be near the schools. Please, would these be good areas to live in especially if we would stand out because of our race/ethnicity. I wouldn't want anything that would upset the kids. Also, we are considering private schools so not sure if catchment area applies to them.

Lovely primary school in BT8:-) Race/ethnicity would not be an issue. High academic standards & caring environment.

School I'm thinking of is Cairnshill PS (not officially an 'integrated school' but naturally diverse enrolment. From what I know about Belmont, it's very popular. Some friends children go there & they seem happy, however, I heard recently that children are banned from running in the playground so that would be a negative for me. If making enquires, you might want to check that out.
