Moving to Peterborough _ Need advice to select the right school

Hello All,
We are moving to Peterborough end of June from Dubai. Our son is currently finishing Yr 1 in Dubai with British curriculum. Considering the Schools with "Outstanding" ranking are all oversubscribed, we chose 4 below schools that have "Good" rating:

1. Ravensthorpe Primary School
2. Middleton Primary School
3. The Duke of Bedford Primary School
4. Wittering Primary School

Can anybody suggest us based on their familiarity with the area & Schools, which school will be the best one to go for? For us having a good school and good neighborhood both are primary points of concern.

LA place records are notoriously out of date
Plus places can change very quickly and you cant apply until you are here with an address

@MySecretHistory I’m looking at areas now. DH works in Peterborough but I need to commute to London once or twice a week. Got 4 year old starting school in September
