Admissions Appeal - Very quick question

I have a very quick question.

If you accepted the school you were given, but then won an appeal for a different school on your list. Do you have to contact the LEA/school you accepted to let them know? We found out last Friday that the school we appealed for has now offered us a place (before the hearing took place - should have been today). Silly question, but what happens next?

I'd just give the school a call to let them know. Judging from MN, each LEA does things differently anyway!

I would accept this place, in writing, and let the LEA know just in case. They should be informed, though if the new school is an academy, this doesn't always happen....
