Best iPad apps for learning 2d & 3d shapes

The title says it all.... my 4yo is struggling in Reception with remembering the names of shapes. He loves playing on the iPad so I thought I would download some educational apps. He won't practice these things with me directly but probably would have a go if the iPad was involved!!

So, which are the Best iPad apps for learning 2d & 3d shapes ?

I don't know about apps, but for 3d, how about making these models with him?

You can use everyday items in the house, when you are out and about etc. to keep reminding him with shapes too.
plate = circle, paper = rectangle, dice = cube, tins = cylinder, etc.
