What to ask on a school visit?

We are living abroad but will soon be moving to the uk and my husband has an opportunity to go and visit a school we are really interested in. I unfortunately can't be there but I would like to make a list of questions for my husband to ask.
But what do you ask?
What would you ask At school visit?

It's a private school in Surrey if that makes any difference and my kids will be looking at starting y1&y4.

In your case I would be asking how they support new children in making friendships.

I would also be interested in how they would treat any gaps that may be found between their expectations and your childrens' current skills.
