SATS KS1 - Reporting

Can anybody point me in the right direction please.

After a meeting with school today they advised that SATs scores are not reported. I was under the impression that if they are not reported you are within your rights to request the scaled scores in writing but I can't find where it says this on the government website?

I know there are many arguments against why parents would want to know & what use would it be but I'm still interested in whether or not schools have a duty to tell you if you request the information.

I guess you can make a freedom of information request
