Hi

My son got his 7+ admission letters today.

He is on the reserve list on Habs, Highgate and UCS!!! I dont know what to make out of this. Are there any chances of him getting selected from the waiting list? Anyone else in the same boat?

Its not a good feeling at all!!!

We are in a similar situation with our daughter on the reserve list at Highgate. Can some of the more experienced members suggest what are the odds of being offered a place? Do Highgate and other schools over-offer?

They do over offer and often the people on the waiting lists do get offers. Good luck and hold your nerve!

efrieze78 - thank you for your input. What I do not know is, say if habs has 20 places available - would they send firm offers to 20 and 3 or 4 more as waiting list offers or would they send 24 firm offers for 20 places and a few more on waiting list?
