School run N1 to Hampstead

Hi all,
We have a place for my DD for a school on Fitzjohn's Avenue. It's the right school for her but dreading the school run!! Please can you tell me how long it takes in the car in the mornings to get there and is it really as bad as everyone says? Thanks in advance.

you need to work out a public transport option! don't try to drive it every day.

You're just going to have to drive it yourself one morning. If it was me I'd go past Primrose Hill and along Eton Ave to Swiss Cottage, but that might be horrendously busy. Try it though, and a couple of alternative routes

Thanks for your responses! I might have my 2 year old with me so public transport not an option unfortunately! I plan to do a few test runs soon and that was the route I was thinking too Tallula. Thanks again,
