Anyone else nervous about the secondary school allocations on 1st March ???

I should be fine as we're in catchment and DS is in year 8 there, but I have the fear of having not filled in the form properly or something like that.

Sympathies user. This was me last year with my dd. I flip, flopped and agonised over secondary school for years!

We got our second choice which we're now certain was better for her.

Yes. I like both our first and second choices (and he'll definitely get one of them) but am still not sure what the best outcome will be! Gah- roll on March 2nd!

This was us last year. Didn't think that we would get our first choice as we are slightly out of catchment. We got in and it's all good. We was so happy😀

No idea how it's going to go here! We moved across the county border at beg of yr6 so didn't move dd to local school and left her where she was. The problem now is our chosen high is now an academy and goes on feeder schools and the other high school her classmates will go to goes on catchment and we don't live in it....
