Place Value games for year 4

Hello, can anyone recommend some place value games for the PC which include Thousands? Or is there a fun activity for learning this, not on the pc? For my ds in year 4. He 'got' place value in year 3, but adding these darn thousands has thrown him a bit and is confused again. His teacher mentioned it at parents evening.Thank you.

The Nice or Nasty game...

Draw 4 boxes: one each for Th H T 1
Roll a die or pick number cards.
Put the digit in a box. Can't change your mind.
Repeat for all 4 boxes.

Target should be to make either the highest or lowest number you can.

Nice version... help a partner to win.
Nasty... tell your partner where to place the digits so they lose!
