Expectations for end of reception year

I have a feeling that my (probably ASD) daughter is falling behind.
She gets terribly anxious and avoids doing anything school related at home. She will read books sent home however.

I know she can do basic sums - adding 1, 2 or 3 to numbers up to about 20 or 30 without a number line or counters, and subtracting any number you like using a number line or counters.

WRT reading books she can fairly easily read the phonicsBug Pearson stage 3 Red readers sent home. I think she is sent home easier ones than she could manage though as school are aware that she avoids high demand tasks due to her anxiety.

School have been very reassuring but wont say whether she is "behind" because of this avoidance/anxiety thing.

Any ideas?

Your daughter doesn't sound like she is falling behind, but it is probably difficult for the teachers to gather enough evidence to make a secure judgement. Quite a lot of the eyfs curriculum requires good communication/language skills, they have to use specific vocabulary or be forthcoming in discussing their learning. So a child that is quiet or has difficulty in communicating, language, or interactions with adults will come out with a lower judgement.

Well then - the eyfs is "age" expected so for some things she will be at 30-50 months. The age brackets are designed to overlap as child development is more fluid than linear.

although the current political culture in schools, expects all children to be working at the level expected for their age group rather than their chronological age.

When he was in yr1, I was told my summer born DS was "behind for his age" I corrected his teacher - he was behind for a year 1 child and was not behind for a child that had only just turned 5!
