Apologies if this has been asked before, but what information will be reported to parents by schools for the KS2 SATS at end of Y6?

Technically I think all we are required to report is whether your child has met/not met the expected standard in maths, reading and GAPS and whether they are Pre Key stage, working towards key stage, working at expected or working at greater depth in writing. We will however receive raw and scaled scores for the tests taken but I'm unclear whether these must be reported or not!

Test scaled scores as well, I think, like levels. Got to this through the ARA:

www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2005/1437/made

So still both TA and test.

QGMum · 27/05/2016 18:25

Thanks Feenie and Spanieleyes. So we will be told whether the expected standard has been met according to both TA and test and we will get the test scaled scores?

Spanieleyes, do you know if schools will receive a level boundary for 'Greater depth' as well as pass/fail?

spanieleyes · 28/05/2016 18:44

We think no, but maybe yes!

That's how things are at the moment, not a f*** clue!

Does anyone know If the test papers be uploaded tomorrow?
I'm interested to see how tricky they were.

Ratty667 · 31/05/2016 10:42

Sorry my fault, I wanted key stage one.
