SATS do issues during the tests get reported?

I know with GCSE's and A Level's any issues get reported by the invigilator to the exam board. I know a lot of people were reporting their children getting upset yesterday. This will have affected the child concerned but also other children may have been put off.

I think the DfE will be well aware considering it was in the national press.

I hope they actually take action. Poor kiddies, I'm dreading my ds doing them next year.
