I don't know any books, but this might help a bit?

This subject is new to Khan academy(free website), so they only have Noun, Verb and Pronoun at the moment, but more to come, I think.

We use the Carol Vorderman one with the Year 6s at our school. It's called "Help your kids with Spelling and Grammar."
It's very clear and visual...and currently on offer with the Book People at £3.99

Also look for children's titles by Lynne Truss and David Crystal, who both tackle grammar, spelling and punctuation in an entertaining way.
