Researching dolphins on the WWW - any sites suitable for ages 5 - 6?

Dd has to do some research on dolphins in the next couple of weeks - we have a couple of books but she would like to have a look at some websites.

We have been asked to find "age appropriate" reference information, but I can't find any websites aimed at Year 1 children - there are some aimed at older kids which would be way over her head, but I can't find anything about dolphins aimed at infant school children. And she particularly wants us to do some web research together.

Any ideas? Does anyone know any decent websites - or is anyone a better Googler than I am? [wink}

I found a good site recently for whale and dolpin-mad DS. Will have a look.

I found this but not really aimed at children researching for themselves.

Thanks for looking, KBear. I've found stacks of stuff, but nothing really age-appropriate - there must be something out there somewhere!

DS has a Dorling Kindersley book on Whales from WH Smith. I expect there is one on Dolphins. Tried the library?
