No email-have they forgotten to do our application?! Help.

So stressed. Everyone's found out about their primary school place except us!
No email has been received. Does anyone know what will happen if they have somehow forgotten to deal with our application? It was all submitted correctly and well in good time.

Daft suggestion but check the surnames etc if those who found out already?
My friend was seriously panicking a couple of years ago with no email. Everyone else she knew seemed to hear very early morning.
Her email arrived 1/2 a day later than mine and all her friends with first borns. Her name was right at the end of the alphabet and a sibling place.

Meant to add that her school name also started with a letter at the end of the alphabet. Prob was to do with emails going out and batches and some being stuck in the system !

This happened with ds. People with surnames either side had their email, others with siblings had email, those nearer had emails, those further had emails, those who submitted earlier had emails, those who submitted later had emails, same school, different schools. Everyone bar me. It eventually turned up hours after others.

OP I hope you got the offer you wanted. We have now had the offer , no explanation or apology given by the council about why it was two days late!
