Khan Academy grammar section. Is it compatible to British English?

I love Khan. My Ds loves Khan. It's Free. Its contents are just so great.
Today I noticed there is grammar section. I've watched the introductory video, and sounds great. Contents looks great. But, is it going to confuse my ds if I let him try it? Is grammar really different in American or British English?
I am not native English speaker, so I don't really know the difference.

By the way, the contents are written by David Rheinstorm from LeftSide-RightSide and it's brand new, and looks promising. I really want my ds to try, so, any thoughts?
