Ab and cd

Tick AB and CD (boxes 1&3) I think!

And it's a trapezium.

Ab and cd are parallel. Whose maths hw is it? Surely it is revising what has been covered in class?

Was thinking that each line was lettered individually

So top line A, right downwards B, bottom line C, upwards left D!

DDs homework. Sats prep and she is sobbing (real life tears) over her maths again. She hates year 6 with a passion

How sad :( can you sieak to the teacher? No child should be under that much pressure for a test that has no personal implications. Can you downplay it?

The name of the shape they are asking about is a trapezium

A straight line is the shortest way to get from one point to another (for Y6 Maths, we could get more complicated if you want!).

So the line from point A to point B is called AB.
