Does this work? has anyone used this service and seen a good improvement? there is a lot of talk about high pressure sales and advertising through schools but i dont want to know about that. i am just interested in does it work.

I have looked through lots of threads but they all go on about how expensive it is and the tie in. i am aware of that. i just want to know from those who have really used it does it work? we have been quoted on £23 a month for 4 years so a lot less than the sums being quoted here. if you really put in the effort do you get results with this?
