Another Mathletics query

Hello. My Y1 DS has today finished all the exercises for his level of Mathletics. He's done the main exercises and the 'something harder' ones. He has 'perfect' scores on all of them...the vast majority he got that straight off, he repeated the ones he didn't. He easily managed them all alone, except for one where I showed him an example and then he got it.
He's also learned all the times tables, done all the Rainforest Maths exercises for his year and lots of Live Mathletics.
Anyway...I assumed it would automatically move him to the next level, but it hasn't. I Googled and apparently I have to ask the teacher, but I'm anxious about doing so because all the Google questions stated teachers had refused to alter the levels.

Is there anyone here whose teacher has changed it? Of not, can anyone recommend an affordable online alternative for him please? It's his favourite thing to do on the computer (well, except for Minecraft, naturally).

Thank you

Excuse the typos, my toddler is bashing me on the head with a cup.

Yes. My ds's teacher has removed the ceiling to allow my Y1 ds to move up a level. It can be done!

Google is fine for somethings but you really need to be talking to the school

Thank you. I will ask tomorrow. I originally Googled because I wanted to know if it would reset automatically somehow. I am always wary of being seen as too demanding, will just ask DS' teacher. Thanks again.
