does anyone know when the ks1 results come out / get published?

If you mean the league tables I think they are published on Thursday 10/12.

They don't come out or get published. Key Stage 1 results are not public data sets. Many schools put them on their website but it is not a legal requirement.

But only L2+ which isn't the accountability data.

Primary schools will have received the results recently, but it is likely that they are still analysing them. Governors may well know overall trends, but they are never told individual child scores.

Primary schools will have had the results since July and these would gave been sent home with Y2 children's reports.
