Year 4 support at home for new curriculum

Hi all

I have a copy of the new curriculum requirements from previous threads (thank you!)

However I would like to support DD2's learning at home with a mix of websites / games and books for each of Maths, Science and Literacy and wondered if anyone could recommend any of the above

As I say I am hoping to supplement what she is doing in class - which to date seems to match the curriculum Smile so ideally I would like resources which clearly match the curriculum and therefore hopefully where she is up in class to so I don't cause confusion

All suggestions gratefully received, thanks

I recommend mathletics and spellodrome

Our school uses MyMath website and Schofield & Sims mental math books in class. There is also a good math textbook - Math On Target (Year 4)

Not sure if websites, workbooks have been updated with the New curriculum yet, but you can certainly pick relevant sections from various resources.

Hi all

thanks for the suggestions will take a look, think I have already seen the on target book - as you say not easy to pick out those which have been updated and will follow the curriculum and be a good resource

Just a bit way of pitching things at the wrong level if I try to piece things together myself!
