Hotham Primary School (Putney) - Bilingual class - how good is it? (Any direct experience?)

Hello,
we are thinking of moving to Putney and have in mind the perfect property for us - it would be a dream! We have an almost 3 years old daughter and schools are at the moment our first concern when we consider a house. This house is unfortunately not in the catchment area of the popular Brandlehow primary school, but seems to be within safe distance from the Hotham. Our daughter is already bilingual (English-Italian) and we would love for her to learn a new language, so the Hotham Bilingual Class is something we are definitely interested into. According to the Ofsted, the Hotham is good - any direct experience? Good is clearly not outstanding so anybody with children there, do you feel your children are having a good experience there? What is it that it's missing? And also, are bilingual classes truly bilingual (I guess the straightforward question would be: are children learning French at a fluent level?) Thanks for any insight - it would be massively helpful!
