They already do ASPECTS testing in nursery, PIPs in years 1,3,5 and 7 and I think it is INTACS in years 2,4 and 6 so surely they have sufficient data already?

Do all Scottish schools use PIPs or just those who choose to? It's a programme from Durham University rather than a national test

It may be a LA/national choice rather than a school one - all schools in our LA use then. I think ASPECTS was designed by Durham as well but that doesn't mean they can't be used as national tests.

Yes Durham produce ASPECTs too and various other assessment packages
