Received my DS1 Year 2 report today and we are so proud of him. He achieved:
Reading Level 3
Speaking and Listening Level 3
Maths Level 3
Science Level 3
Writing Level 2A
Does anyone know of any good resources we can use to develop his writing further?

Don't do anything he's doing really well. Just keep reading to him and enjoy the summer.

Great advice! We have lots of summer holiday fun planned for him. We also rewarded him with some wrestling figures that he has been after for quite some time :)

My DD2 got the same results, we have been told the main reason she didn't get a level 3 in writing is because A) she is not constant across all lessons and B) she is in too much of a hurry to write down every thing wants so she is rushing and then missing bits, and her writing get very messy.

So we need to get her to practice slowing down. And write neater.
