choosing a primary school in chippenham

Can anyone help please. We are relocating to chippenham and have looked around ivy lane primary and st pauls primary school. I have a 4 year old son starting in reception and a 6 year old starting in year 2 if anyone can share their thoughts on either school I would appriciate it. Thanks in advance x

I used to volunteer at Ivy Lane and it is a lovely school. Great teachers, enthusiastic head/deputy. I don't know much about St Pauls but it is our closest school and lots of families near by
have chosen Ivy Lane or St Marys instead..

Will you be living in Chippenham itself or in a nearby village? There are lots of lovely primary schools in the surrounding area.

Could you join a FB group for the area and ask on there? I live near Chippenham and there's a Children's For Sale / Wanted site, I often see people ask for school / nursery recomendations.
