schools near / around kettering any recommendations

Moving to northamptonshire soon, any recommendations on primary schools. Have read various costed reports but would like to hear real people's views

Are there any specific areas/schools you are looking at? Are you looking at Kettering itself or one of the villages nearby? Stanion primary always seems to have a good reputation. The Northamptonshire local board may be a good place to start.

We are looking at houses in kettering as we need to be near train but I am willing to drive to nearby village schools if necessary
