Hello All,
I need help!!! I have a 4 year old starting reception in September. He has an admission into the local school in surrey. I have just got a new job in Winnersh and have decided to move to Maidenhead as my Husband can comute to London easily, My commute will be fine and the kids can go to better schools. Now we are really strugging to decide if we want to buy in LowBrook Catchment/Fruze Platt catchment. Where ever me move we will have to make an in-year application and we are aware that he will not get admitted into our preferred school right away. Now my bniggest worry is if we buy in LowBrook catchment and 4 years down the lane my son still doesnot get into the school we will be very very disppointed. As Fruze Platt is good but not as good as Lowbrook is it safe to buy in Fruze platt catchment and hope he will get into Fruze Platt in a couple years?
Any locals who can give me some confidence that I can expect some moving in Low brook academy and as long as we are very close to the school and manage to get to the top of the waiting list he will be in defintiely in an year/2.
I am in a lot of stress at the moment regards this and any suggestions highly appreciated.
Thanks
Swarna
