Petersfield School - Orwell

Hi everyone!

Me and my 6 year old son are relocating to Wimpole in August. I am very keen to get him mixing with local children before school starts in September (he will hopefully be going to Petersfield Primary in Orwell). Does anyone have any experience with this school or is anyone local who would like to meet up in the holidays?

Hi, we live in the next village to you (begins with M!) My kids will both be at secondary (MVC) but we've known lots of children from Orwell and it's a fab school with some amazing staff. Whole area very friendly, heads and teachers all meet regularly and do things as cluster. No 'bad' primary schools in this area!

Also, brilliant playground and rec in Orwell for kids, dogs and other exercise. And it's in the midst of several geocaching loops, if you're into that. Welcome to South Cambs Grin And do PM me if you want any other info or a coffee!
