Prepaid school fees

The previous school owes us 6500£ prepaid school fees as we moved to a different city. Every week they promise they will refund us the following week.. Any suggestions how to deal with this and where to complain please??

I suppose the only answer is to take them to court. 6.5K is a lot of money.

www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money/overview ? You could complain to IAPS or whatever affiliated body they subscribe to but they tend to be rather self interested.
