Yes - I got DSs today. He was measured on 2nd October.

Seeline · 02/12/2014 08:33

We where told we would only get results if there was an issue. If it was normal we wouldn't hear anything.

marnia68 · 02/12/2014 09:39

Ye everyone gets the results but it takes quite a while.

iseenodust · 02/12/2014 09:40

DS was weighed about a month ago. Heard nothing so far.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 02/12/2014 09:46

We got our results about a month later (normal).

LePetitMarseillais · 02/12/2014 16:48

Yes but it takes ages, I think it was about 3 months when dd had hers last year.

MirandaWest · 02/12/2014 19:05

DS was a "healthy weight" although less than average iyswim. On the 8th percentile I think. So I presume we all got to hear, whatever the result was.

Ardha · 26/12/2014 15:33

I never got to hear about my son's results last year when he was in class 6 and they said that was normal, you only get to hear if there is a concern which I found strange as I did get his sister's measurements (she is younger) when she was in reception and there wasn't an obvious issue with them.
I would have thought my son's results would have been less normal, being well over average height but not weight.
so, don't worry if you don't get them, I think it is up to the school if they share them.

Guilianna · 26/12/2014 15:44

I got them, via health authority not school, ds in low percentile but healthy

Guilianna · 26/12/2014 15:45

sounds like my ds similar to yours Miranda!

spanieleyes · 26/12/2014 18:13

The health checks are NOTHING to do with the school, other than that they take place on school premises ( because that's where it's easiest to find lots of year 6 pupils all in one place!) and the school sends the letters out,(again because its simpler that way).

amidaiwish · 28/12/2014 14:45

Yes we all got ours by post quite a few weeks later though.

Stillwishihadabs · 28/12/2014 14:53

Ds was weighed in October others in his class have heard....We have heard nothing does that mean it was normal (worried he looked chunky in the summer, but we worked hard to have a healthy life style after that.
