Learning Inclusion

My 6 year old is struggling with reading and writing and there has been some suggestion that he may be dyslexic, its fine if he is, we will work it out, however his school are being very slow in helping us to be clear about whats at the bottom of his challenges. A teacher friend has recommended I push for a process called Learning Inclusion to help force the issue but I cannot find anything online to give me any insight into what that actually means. Anyone got any insight?

Never heard of it, I'm afraid. I suggest you talk to the SENCO to find out if he can have a proper dyslexia assessment and about what support they can give. Also contact the British Dyslexia Association for more wide-ranging advice, and check whether they have a local branch with a helpline.
