Is it the norm for children not to read to an adult at school at all when they reach year 5 (including no guided/group reading)?

My Year Five have 2 hour long sessions of guided reading - reading and annotating texts and answering comprehension questions. During these session they will read aloud to the group, but will only have an adult with them for 50% of the sessions.

My 5 lowest level readers (2A/3C) read to me or a TA 3 times a week.

DS had class reading in Y5 IIRC.
