What are appropriate consequences in year 4/key stage 2? Any suggestions

As in if there were say 5 consequences of repeated inappropriate behaviour, what would they be?

1- missing 10 mins of play time
2 - time out

Anything else? What have been consequences in your experience?

Parents called in
Sent to head

Missing play time and time out are for little kids. Y4 need to grow up and behave.
