Thinking of starting a homework club

Hi, I have been thinking of starting one of these up, but the idea is in its total infancy! The idea was sparked by a friend of mine who said that after working full-time she found it painfully difficult to get all her kids' homeworks done when she picked them up from their after-school clubs at tea-time.
Does anyone know how I can go about getting started because I don't have the first clue! Does anyone have experience of this? It would obviously have to start off on a very casual basis.
TIA

Our school runs one once a week after school (on the day HW is set). There is a teacher on hand to help kids if needed.

Are you planning in school or somewhere else? Are you 'just' a parent or a teacher or TA? Would you charge?
