Dear Mums in Chelmsford, I am looking to buy a property in Chelmsford soon with sole reason of better eduction for my chidlren. I have selected Springfield and Chelmer village as the areas with good schools around. However, as per my observation, houses are bigger in Chelmer village but schools are better near Springfield. Any advice to help me make decision on the area will be appreciated. My son is in year 2 and my daughter will start primary school in 2 years. Thanks for your help!
