What happens to DC place in state school if we move house?

Hi,

DC starting RY next week and we're very happy we got this offer, great school.
Meanwhile, we're thinking about a new pregnancy and long term plans would have to include a new house as we would not fit in this one any more.
So....how does it work with the state school? Do we lose DC's place if we move to far from the school? (I don't think they have a catchment area as such...)
thanks x

Yes at our school you lose sibling link if you move more than 2 miles away.
