Moving to glasgow soon

Hello there
We will move to glasgow soon.hubby will be working in Renfrew.i can't drive because of eye condition.what would you suggest for primary schools in a safe area where I can walk to the school and to shops.hubby doesn't mind commuting.

Try Pollokshields - especially the areas that are in Glendale Primary's catchment. Or Shawlands for Shawlands Primary. Both are schools with good reputations, are close to shops and have good public transport links. They're also the right side of the city for getting to Renfrew.

Bearsden and Milngavie both are nice areas with good schools.
