Teachers I am I seeing something that is not here?

DD age 10 just going into year 6.
Constant comments from teachers doesn't seem to want to push herself, fails to pick up silly mistakes and no achieving anywhere near what we think she is capable of. When this is discussed DD cries and says, but I am trying her best.
Can not complete comprehension in time given requiring on occasions up to 50% longer than any of her class mates.
Spelling well what can I say.
Despite being really very good at Maths (level 5a doing some year 7 Maths last year) still counts on fingers. Where it is pure Maths (sums) flies away no problem tackles algebra, can't even start word based problems.
CAT testing last September marked difference between verbal and non-verbal reasoning (over 20 points).
Combine this with massive history of dyslexia in family (over 75% of close family on my side including me).
Just for context I am single parent so no one to discuss this with.
I am I wrong to think this is all pointing to dyslexia?

Yes I would think dyslexia too as this sounds exactly like my son. Talk to CT and SENCo. See if you can get an assessment done through the school as she is clearly not reaching her academic potential.

My goodness this sounds like me! I was diagnosed with dyslexia when I was 13. I was lucky enough to have a tutor for half an hour a week to teach me how to understand my teachers, how to remember, how to follow instructions etc. It absolutely changed my life. I actually ended up being quite a high achiever academically, so the right help is so important. Good luck.

Our lea won't test for dyslexia through the school, so you might have to get her assessed privately depending on where you are.

But I agree, sounds like dyslexia could be possible - especially with the family history.

Sadly all I have heard this last school year is 'she doesn't seem to want to push herself' from the teachers. I am helping her prepare for entrance exams currently and that is when I really noticed the specific problems. She is not at a LA school so I will have to self fund assessment.
I have contacted the Dyslexia trust and booked an assessment today.

Oh also meant to add I am lucky in that she is clearly bright, but struggling.
I myself am proof that if you get the right help you can achieve anything.
