Teacher sharing

Just wondering what people think about teacher jobsharing at Junior level. I think it is a great thing for the teachers (flexible/ allows them to be part time etc.) but I am less sure about the kids. Any experiences to share?

DDs had various, arrangements at primary and they were fine except for one.

I n that case it wasnt the job share aspect that was the problem, it was her being the only 9-3.20 teacher I've ever met. She did her job, just, but obvious didn't spend a second reflecting on how to sort out her classes deeper issues.

Her (Fridays only) job share picked up and sorted everything.

I would think it would very much depend on the 2 teachers sharing. I imagine some work extremely well together and others not so good.
